Irving Moskowitz Foundation donates $30,000 for new technology for the Global Honors Program at Fedde Middle School.
The Irving Moskowitz Foundation shows their support to a local middle school by a generous contribution in the amount of $30,000 to be used for iPads for students at Pharis Fedde Middle School‘s Global Scholar Honors Program. Considering all the budgetary constraints that public schools are facing Pharis Fedde Middle School now has a classroom fully equipped with iPads that will serve as an instructional tool for many classes. All made possible through the strong partnership between the Pharis Fedde Middle School and Irving Moskowitz.
Students will now be able to work on class assignments via the iPad. Irving Moskowitz a sole supporter of education agrees with the schools iPad in the classroom concept in that it will motivate students to use new technology as an educational tool that will lead to academic achievement. Students will have access to cutting edge technology to assist them in reading, writing, math, and many more subjects which will improve teaching and learning. For students participating in the Global Scholar’s program, the iPads will make learning fun and exciting, which will motivate them to excel academically. Irving Moskowitz believes that his monetary donation is an investment on the future of many young students that will be tomorrow’s leaders.
